August 10 Coffee Church Highlights

 

I took a little hiatus from blogging to hang out with my kids more this summer!  It’s been a nice break with incredible weather, but I’m almost ready for the fall!

We have a lot going on this week, so I wanted to jump online and make sure you are informed.  Here’s some things to take note of:

This week we are doing a serve-fest for our cities called Heart the City.  It’s simply a variety of ways to be present in our community through some tangible ways.  There are homeless opportunities, clean up opportunities, giving blood opportunities…or find a way to help one of your own neighbors!  Sign up RIGHT NOW at www.coffeechurch.com.  We look forward to working alongside of you!

To end the weekend, we also have an All Church Outdoor Baptism Celebration.  Here’s the details:

Join us as we celebrate as one church at our Battle Ground campus!  (Hazel Dell, we are NOT meeting in our facility, so head on out to Battle Ground!)  It is a great opportunity to meet people and see all that God is doing at North Creek Church.  ll have brunch, music, baptisms, and games for kids (adults, too!).

On Sunday, bring a brunch dish to share, swimsuits for the kids for water games, and school supplies to donate to our local schools.  If you have camping chairs or pop up tents, bring those, too.

Also, if you would like to be baptized in our pool, please fill out the form on the back of this flyer and put in the Giving Box.  You can also register at coffeechurch.com.  So far we have 10 people getting baptized so it’s going to be an awesome party!

Phew!  That’s a lot, but it’s going to be a really great week for our church and our community.  Get involved and make a difference for Jesus!
